Opportunity at a Glance
The Marketing Manager supports strategic marketing efforts for the Workforce Solutions team. This role involves leading multi-channel campaign execution, managing workflows, ensuring brand alignment and boosting operational success.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution: Support development and execution of marketing roadmaps, manage campaign requests, and collaborate to drive lead generation with compelling content.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead marketing workflows, hold stakeholders accountable for deadlines and budgets, and ensure campaign alignment across departments.
- Additional Duties: Support improvements in Marketing Resource Center (MRC) functionality and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years marketing experience, preferred in a matrixed or higher education environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in marketing operations, events or campaign execution is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, CMS, email platforms, and project management tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Expected salary range is between $70,696 and $110,000, adjusted based on relevant factors. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401k Retirement Program with a 6% employer match, Flexible Time Off policy, and 12 paid holidays. Additional annual incentive programs may also apply.
