Work Arrangement
This role operates on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday), fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Analyst - Data & Reporting delivers strategic marketing insights through data analysis, reporting, and audience segmentation to support retention marketing efforts. The role involves transforming complex data into actionable intelligence that drives decision-making and campaign performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present reports and dashboards.
- Design and execute audience segmentation strategies.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing.
- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks.
- Collect and extract data using native interfaces and SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
- Perform statistical analyses using tools like R, SPSS, or Pandas.
- Automate reports to enable self-service business intelligence.
- Document procedures and standard operating guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years experience with relational databases and custom data solutions.
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, and CDP.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and systems such as Banner.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and related reporting tools.
