Work Schedule
The role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday) to foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Analyst - Data & Reporting delivers strategic marketing insights through in-depth data analysis, reporting, and audience segmentation. The role supports retention marketing by transforming complex marketing data into actionable intelligence for improved decision-making and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present reports and dashboards.
- Design and execute audience segmentation strategies.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.
- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and recommendations.
- Extract and merge data from multiple sources using SQL and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Implement and support marketing solutions as a subject matter expert.
- Perform statistical analyses using tools like R, SPSS, Pandas, or Orange.
- Automate reporting processes to foster self-service business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, statistics, business (Master's Degree preferred).
- 7 years of experience with relational databases and custom data solutions in an educational setting.
- Experience with platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, CDP, Salesforce, Banner, Eloqua, Qualtrics, Canvas, and more.
- Expert knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power-BI required.
- Strong analytical abilities with a hands-on approach to data-driven decision making.
Additional Information & Benefits
The expected salary range is between $100,000 and $120,000, adjusted based on several factors including the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
