Work Schedule

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Analyst - Data & Reporting delivers strategic marketing insights through in-depth data analysis, reporting, and audience segmentation. The role supports retention marketing by transforming complex marketing data into actionable intelligence for improved decision-making and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present reports and dashboards.
  • Design and execute audience segmentation strategies.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.
  • Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and recommendations.
  • Extract and merge data from multiple sources using SQL and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Implement and support marketing solutions as a subject matter expert.
  • Perform statistical analyses using tools like R, SPSS, Pandas, or Orange.
  • Automate reporting processes to foster self-service business intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, statistics, business (Master's Degree preferred).
  • 7 years of experience with relational databases and custom data solutions in an educational setting.
  • Experience with platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, CDP, Salesforce, Banner, Eloqua, Qualtrics, Canvas, and more.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power-BI required.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a hands-on approach to data-driven decision making.

Additional Information & Benefits

The expected salary range is between $100,000 and $120,000, adjusted based on several factors including the candidate’s experience and geographic location. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401k Retirement Program with 6% employer match, Flexible Time Off policy, and 12 paid holidays.
