Role Description
This is a hybrid role located in our Alpharetta, GA location. In this role, you will work with the development team to gather details on the features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing for ADP's cloud-based Human Resource solutions to ensure customer usability prior to deployment. You will be advocating for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience of our payroll products.
Responsibilities
- Work within an agile team using test automation frameworks such as Selenium.
- Utilize cloud based Micro Services test automations to create test scenarios.
- Collaborate with development teams for detailed feature information.
- Own the releases with your product features and build comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, report, and resolve problems to improve product usability.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in manual testing. Experience in automated testing, Selenium, Microservices, and AWS Cloud is required. Familiarity with HCM or payroll products is preferred.
