Overview
ADP is hiring a Sr. Lead Product Manager. In this role, you will drive transformation initiatives within our IVR systems across multiple lines of business, modernizing voice automation and enhancing customer experience with scalable and intelligent IVR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrums: Collaborate in daily scrum meetings to identify priorities and resolve issues.
- Research & Requirements: Own design, document product features, and research market trends.
- Relationship Building: Establish alliances with stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Measurements: Measure product effectiveness and report outcomes.
- Presentations: Communicate and defend product ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with hands-on IVR or voice automation experience.
- Basic technical understanding to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and testing cycles.
