Role Overview:
As a product leader on the National Accounts product management team, the Sr. Director Product Management, Payroll will shape the future of North American Payroll solutions that are easy, smart, and human-centric. The role demands deep domain expertise in US & Canada payroll, including cross border payroll, statutory compliance, integrations, and core payroll processing workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product strategy for NA Payroll.
- Lead cross-functional team decision making.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Define and prioritize product features and roadmap.
- Champion collaborative problem-solving and decision making.
- Coordinate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Ensure flexible and scalable system configurations.

- Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of enterprise technology and product management experience.
- Deep knowledge of North American Payroll domain.
