What You'll Do
- Assist clients with tax deposits and filing processes.
- Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
- Provide clear and concise support via phone, email, or chat.
- Leverage ADP product and service knowledge to solve issues.
- Build strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction.
To Succeed in This Role
You need four years of client service or call center experience, or six years in Insurance/Financial Institutions. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and strong analytical and time management skills are a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Payroll Tax experience (bonus points for three years or more) is preferred.
- Military experience is considered valuable.
