In this role, you will join a team of passionate product managers and developers to lead Multi Country Payroll products enabling services in over 140 countries. You will own product release plans, create roadmaps, and collaborate with various teams. Your focus will be to simplify complex payroll solutions and drive market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to set priorities and manage roadmap.
- Own design, documentation, and prioritization of product features.
- Build alliances with stakeholders and ensure clear communication.

- Engage with internal and external parties to defend ideas.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of agile product management experience in complex environments.
- Experience in product innovation, preferably in payroll or HCM domain.

- Demonstrated experience in creating and prioritizing clear product roadmaps.
