Overview
ADP is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ADP Retirement Services’ client and partner facing products, driving superior user experiences and the adoption of AI-powered solutions. You will lead a team of 4-7 product managers and collaborate with tech teams, clients, and business leaders to set the strategic product foundation and achieve market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Vision: Create and deliver product vision, set direction, and represent ADP at industry events.
- Revenue Generation: Manage multimillion-dollar initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and inspire a diverse, innovative team to achieve performance standards.
- Product Ownership: Champion a client-focused product culture and ensure quality deliverables.
- Task Management & Analysis: Manage priorities, analyze client feedback, and interpret data for product enhancements.
- Communication: Present product changes and strategic updates confidently to leadership and stakeholders.
- Resilience: Thrive under fast moving and agile environments with grace under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in product management and cloud-based solutions.
