Overview

ADP is hiring a SAP Client Tech Support Consultant. This role focuses on providing 2nd level post-live issue resolution and consulting services related to SAP Payroll/HR applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution within SLA timeframes, including investigation, solution identification, configuration, unit testing, and documentation. Leads handle escalations.
  • Prepare functional specifications and change control requests with detailed design and configuration notes. Complex cases are handled by the Lead.
  • Deliver consulting services and advice on design and configuration of complex solutions; conduct lifecycle mini-projects.
  • Manage client communications and ticket resolution via CRM; coordinate with GlobalView Product Manager and ancillary services.
  • Assess and modify SAP Support Pack configurations, test configurations, and manage SAP Note applications.
  • Create and send customer messages to SAP for support and corrections.
  • Apply specialist knowledge to improve solutions and provide mentoring to other consultants.
  • Lead team activities such as coaching, training, scheduling, and participation in hiring processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Technology Specific Job Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Payroll/HR applications including enterprise structure, payroll configuration, rules, schemas, and international leave management.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing methodology and employee self service/portal.
