RPA Intern

About the RPA Intern Role at ADP

ADP is seeking an RPA Intern (Estagiario) to join our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team. As part of our internship program, you will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, learn from top talent, and interact with various teams within our company.

Key Activities

• Support the team responsible for developing automation systems (RPA) for ADP's main portfolio solutions, playing a critical role in enhancing our market services.
• Create repositories and manage code on GitHub.
• Maintain user accounts: new registrations, deactivation, user changes.
• Assist in monitoring and sustaining our production automations, using quality and efficiency KPIs, always with team guidance.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency in automated processes.
• Support the development of new automations, learning from experienced professionals.
• LATAM operations: projects include Argentina, Chile, and Peru.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in one of the following courses: IT, or related areas such as systems analysis, systems development, process automation, and databases.
• Desirable knowledge of C# language.
• Must have at least 2 years remaining until course completion (graduation forecast from 2027/2 onwards).
• Study in the evening period or have availability to switch to this schedule.
• Availability to work in the office 3 times a week.
• Availability to work 6 hours a day, from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
