In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients. Leveraging your ADP service expertise and consulting skills, you will address their most critical business challenges, including Human Resources Compliance, Human Resources Technology, and developing solutions that allow them to concentrate on their core business. You will enhance sales performance by collaborating directly with our sales teams to identify, develop, and present Human Capital Management strategies and ADP business solutions to clients using the latest messaging techniques.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Utilize your prior knowledge of Human Resources practices and compliance to consult clients on people, processes, workflow, and operating procedures through your ADP expertise.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: Understand client business requirements, then configure solutions to demonstrate ADP's ability to solve client issues and ensure client expectations align with ADP's deliverable solutions.
• Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your overall network, consistently demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

To Succeed in This Role: Required Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter: Effectively manage your time, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task proficiently. Present ideas clearly and professionally in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Strategic Partner: Increase sales performance by collaborating with sales professionals to present Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions to clients.
• Problem Solver: Possess an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only resolve client problems but also uncover areas for improvement and configure innovative solutions.
• Knowledge Seeker: Rapidly learn new technology through both instruction and self-training.

Required

A college degree is valuable but not mandatory. The essential factor is possessing the skills required for the job. If you do not hold a college degree, acceptable alternative experience includes:

• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related professional experience.
• Military experience: Skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality will be instrumental in fostering team and client relationships, identifying solutions, and achieving success.

Bonus Points for These: Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the HR/Payroll Industry or related technical certification(s).

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $63,900.00 - USD $171,180.00 / Year*

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
