Your Role as a Payroll Specialist

You will be part of our payroll team and independently manage your client portfolio for payroll processing administered by ADP. You will contribute your expertise, thereby ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Independent management of a client portfolio whose payroll is handled by ADP.
  • Recording of payroll-relevant data.
  • Coordination and organization of document flow.
  • Controlling payroll processing and issuing certificates (social security notifications and DEÜV notifications).
  • Ensuring compliance with legal changes in tax and social security law.

What You Bring

  • Solid practical knowledge in payroll, income tax, and social security law.
  • Experience in IT-supported payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of one or more payroll systems: PAISY, LOGA, DATEV, or SAP HCM (desirable but not required).
  • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken (English skills are an advantage, but not a must).
  • Strong service and customer orientation, as well as excellent communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
