About the Role
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for companies with 50-999 employees.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for managing complete sales cycles, selling ADP's suite of over 40+ solutions to executives, and accurately forecasting your sales pipeline. You will work independently in the field and collaborate with multiple teams to close sales and meet targets.
- Grow new business and manage existing client relationships.
- Implement sales strategies to target decision makers.
- Document and manage multiple sales cycles from prospecting to implementation.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Key Qualifications
- Strong track record in closing sales and managing territories.
- Positive, self-starting attitude with strong cold calling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience in HCM, technology, or B2B sales is a plus.
