Lead Technical Product Manager
We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager with a strong technical focus to drive the strategic vision and development of two areas of our Nextgen Payroll platform. This role requires a hands-on approach to UX design, deep technical engagement, and a vision for building a robust, scalable platform. You will play a critical role in gathering user feedback, tracking usage metrics, and ensuring the platform evolves to meet both business and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a scalable platform architecture.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and usage metrics.
- Collaborate on hands-on UX design for seamless experiences.
- Conduct technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Manage product grooming, feature backlog, and roadmaps.
- Oversee sprint preplanning and JIRA workflows.
- Prioritize features using data-driven decisions.
Skills Required:
- Strong platform as a service knowledge, APIs, and scalability principles.
- Hands-on UX design expertise.
- Ability to track data and perform analytics.
- Experience in product grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and software development processes.
- Relevant certifications in payroll fundamentals and product management.
