Lead Data Analyst (Data Security Space) at ADP

ADP is hiring a Lead Data Analyst within our Data Security Space. Whether you are located in Roseland, NJ (our corporate HQ) or Alpharetta, GA, this hybrid role invites you to design the future-state to secure and govern our data.

About the Role

This position supports business leadership with accurate reporting and assists Security Engineers & Analysts by generating tested and qualified results from large SIEM datasets. You will leverage your analytical experience and learn the security data domain to become a trusted partner.

  • Support risk-reduction through advanced data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, IT, and Legal.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor security controls.
  • Plan and implement data security and privacy policies.
  • Engage with enterprise-level logging systems to extract insights.

Required Expertise

Applicants must bring advanced statistical analysis skills (including Bayesian Statistics, confusion matrix, and Poisson distributions) and demonstrated experience with collecting, cleaning, and analyzing enterprise level log data. Must be proficient in Python and at least one of PowerApps, PowerShell, JavaScript, & WebAPIs. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, GraphQL, and reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau is required.

Preferred Experience & Technologies

Experience with MS DLP, MS Sensitivity Labels, and additional security technologies such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, IBM Watson (NetCool), Splunk, and Securiti.AI is highly valued. Leadership skills in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and advising on sustainable processes are key to the role.
