About the Role
ADP is hiring a Lead Cloud Security Analyst in our Roseland, NJ office in a hybrid work environment. You will join a highly skilled team providing world-class infrastructure and network security assessments and security consultation for ADP's Global Security Organization (GSO).
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute ADP’s global Compliance and Vulnerability Management (CVM) program.
- Provide vulnerability management including zero-day vulnerability response and secure OS build compliance.
- Leverage security tools to support CVM cloud initiatives.
- Communicate with product and technology teams and report to senior management.
- Analyze security tool outputs using databases and scripting.
What You Will Do
- Develop: Leverage data from existing tools to prioritize risk reduction.
- Measure: Create metrics to track program performance.
- Communicate: Work with both technical teams and senior management.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and respond to emerging risks and vulnerabilities.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in vulnerability management and cloud security (Azure is a must).
- Experience in managing/building VM programs with automation and metric development.
- Knowledge of security tools such as Qualys, Crowdstrike and CSPM tools like Wiz, Prisma.
- Proficient in scripting (Python preferred) and SQL queries for data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications like CISSP or CISM are a plus.
