Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
- Guide and drive clients towards optimal business solutions.
- Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs.
- Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending solutions.
- Utilize broad knowledge to recommend appropriate client solutions.
- Address client business issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
- Build long-term relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
- Exchange routine updates with the client project team.
Qualifications Required
- At least 3 years of experience in a client/customer service environment.
- At least 1 year of business consulting experience.
- College degree is a plus but not required.
- Military experience is valued.
