Job Purpose

As an Enterprise Account Executive at ADP, you will have full scope to sell across ADP's comprehensive Payroll and HR solutions. This role provides the infrastructure, presence, and brand reputation for sales professionals to engage in true global conversations with large organizations. You will collaborate closely with your sales leadership team to define and execute your individual account base strategy, specifically targeting Global Strategic Enterprise-level Accounts located in Germany.

This position requires a strong ability to collaborate and orchestrate a leading team of experts and resources to effectively identify and address complex client needs within the ever-evolving landscape of people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within your designated accounts.
  • Collaborate with your sales leaders to develop an optimum territory plan, integrating it within the overall team framework.
  • Identify prospective clients and define a contact program within established parameters, utilizing available tools to plan, execute, and track targeted new business initiatives.
  • Arrange prospect appointments and conduct virtual and in-person meetings/demonstrations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and support, adhering to a structured sales process, to effectively manage deals and maximize success.
  • Work with pre-sales teams when necessary to develop tailored solutions that meet prospect needs.
  • Present compelling responses to prospects, showcasing existing product and service solutions.
  • Maintain the chosen ADP database management tool and strictly adhere to current defined sales processes.
  • Develop an annual business plan, outlining the sales and activity goals required to achieve assigned revenue and product targets.
  • Collaborate closely with global peer sales teams on joint and global client opportunities and relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on a global scale to drive and close long-term global deals in an international business setting.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6-10 years of Enterprise sales experience, ideally within the HCM, payroll industry, or SaaS sector.
  • Proven experience across various sales channels (online outreach/social selling, cold calling, meetings, and events), coupled with a structured approach to generate net new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex enterprise solutions worldwide.
  • Full Right to Work and a valid Driving Licence in Germany.
  • Proven ability to effectively prospect into C-Suite executives and consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles and closing significant deals (e.g., €1m+ of annual revenue) with global organizations.
  • A background of consistently carrying and achieving/exceeding annual net new business quotas.
  • Industry knowledge and/or familiarity with ADP's competitors is considered a valuable asset.
  • Skilled in the effective use of CRM systems.
  • Excellent work ethic, strong motivation, and leadership skills.
