About the Digital Sales Associate Role at Digital Sales Associate
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate who will sell ADP solutions including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to a diverse client base ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small innovative businesses. In this role, you will leverage the latest digital technology, work both independently and collaboratively, and build your own book of business with strong support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow business by closing sales and meeting targets
- Convert prospects into loyal clients
- Deepen relationships within existing client accounts
- Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador
Required Qualifications
- Quick learner with proficiency in new tools and technology
- Positive, proactive self-starter with clear communication
- Ability to manage time and embrace real-time data insights
- Two or more years of sales experience or equivalent internship/military experience

- Prior quota-carrying experience
