Overview

ADP is hiring a GlobalView Technical Support Consultant. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring Payroll Specialists apply consistent methodologies and meet GlobalView's Service Level Agreement. You will ensure activities comply with ADP and client requirements, adhere to ADP standards, and support training for Payroll Specialists in GV requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier3 support ensuring defect-free, compliant implementations.
  • Coordinate with Application Support, Payroll Production leads, and Shared Service Center.
  • Work with GES team and subject matter experts on training and client onboarding.
  • Mentor new team members and lead the DRIEM Team processes.
  • Handle escalations, manage urgent tickets and act as back-up for the manager.
  • Create documentation and conduct RCAs for escalated issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on connectors such as Oracle and Workday.
  • Participate in cross-regional workshops and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of payroll support team leadership experience.
  • Experience deploying processes across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM or similar Client Relationship Management tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing procedures.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong client service orientation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications like Windows, Excel, and Word.
  • Good understanding of ADP applications, payroll processes, and ADP interfaces.
