Overview

ADP is hiring an Associate Client Service & Product Support Specialist -- Tax. This role offers an opportunity to work in a metrics-driven environment providing high-quality tax service to ADP clients including tax deposits, filing, and issue resolution via phone, email, or chat.

What You'll Do

  • Tax Expertise: Assist clients with tax deposits and filing, and manage inquiries from regulatory agencies.
  • Trusted Advisor: Troubleshoot and solve client issues by providing clear solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Communicate using phone, email, or chat to exceed client expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Leverage ADP product services to offer effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Client Focus: Resolve payroll and tax issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • At least one year of client service or call center experience OR two years in Insurance/Financial Institutions.
  • Clear communication skills in writing and over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Military experience is also valued.
