Role Summary
In this role, you will provide high-quality tax service to ADP clients including tax deposits, filing, and issue resolution. You will communicate via phone, email, or chat and serve as a trusted advisor to solve client challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax deposits and filings.
- Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
- Provide problem resolution and offer recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships through various communication channels.
- Leverage product knowledge to address client issues and give feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum one year in client service/call center or two years in insurance/financial industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong analytical skills.
- Adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
- College degree preferred, though relevant experience (including military experience) is acceptable.
