Overview

ADP is hiring a Senior Lead Data Scientist. In this role, you will work with one of the most comprehensive employment data sets in the US to drive insights that impact millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, clean, and analyze large data sets.
• Perform exploratory analysis and predictive modeling using Python, R, and Scala.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics projects.
• Create visualizations using Tableau and interpret metrics.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists and programmers.

What You'll Do

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to track the consumer conversion funnel from start to finish. Your day-to-day activities include developing models and applying AI & ML techniques to solve complex business problems. You will also own project management and continuously seek innovative ways to utilize ADP data for new products and services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in data science and advanced analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and distributed computing tools (Data Bricks, Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
• Experience with machine learning tools, LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain and Huggingface.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) for serverless application development.
