Senior Director, Global Payroll Product Management at ADP

- Identify product themes using market analysis, client feedback, and RFP requests.
- Define the vision for the end-to-end user experience journey in partnership with design teams.
- Lead and influence teams through rapid, data-driven iterations.
- Provide executive leadership support via presentations and strategic engagements.
