About the Role

ADP is hiring a Senior Director, Product Development to join the Global Payroll product development team. ADP’s Global Payroll is a fast-growing business offering payroll solutions in over 140 countries. This role is ideal for a self-driven leader passionate about solving complex problems in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Business leadership to build transformative solutions.
  • Define and execute the Product Vision with diverse stakeholders.
  • Design scalable solutions to drive product growth for years to come.
  • Drive automation and convergence to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Enable modern, frictionless integrations and support distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across teams.
  • Foster a highly engaged and motivated team, promoting creativity and innovation.
  • Coach and lead team members, manage organizational priorities, and negotiate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years in management/leadership roles in customer-facing software development.
  • 15 years proven track record in delivering software applications in multiple roles.
  • Experience managing global teams with diverse technical skills.
  • Expertise in solving complex problems and building large platform integrations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in mission-critical SaaS, cloud-based applications, RESTful web services, API design, test automation, CI/CD and containerization.
  • Fluent in agile practices and scaling them for large enterprises.
  • Hands-on mentality with deep technical insight.
  • Passionate about AI and its application in accelerating innovation.
