Overview
ADP is hiring a Payroll Analyst – Czech Republic to support the GPSS Global Payroll Shared Services for internal ADP associates and the business in the Czech Republic. In this role, you will use your country-specific payroll and regulatory knowledge while collaborating with a dedicated Payroll Processing Center of Excellence to deliver highly accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Payroll Analyst - Czech Republic, you will become part of the Global Payroll EMEA Region leadership team focused on service and quality. Your responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance and Controls: Monitor payroll cycles, lead review sessions, conduct controls testing, and ensure audit readiness.
- Service Engagement: Act as the primary contact for payroll service requests and ensure SLAs are met.
- Risk and Compliance: Support risk programs, manage self-assurance activities, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Produce weekly reports, analyze data using MS Excel, and assist in dashboard development.
- Team Collaboration: Work with global payroll teams and act as back-up for other country payroll analysts as needed.
Qualifications
Required: 3+ years of payroll experience in complex operations including Czech payroll processing, 1+ years in process excellence initiatives, experience with Globalview [SP] payroll platform is preferable, proficiency in English, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or Accounting.
Preferred: Professional skills application, project management, effective communication, teamwork, and consultative abilities.
