Job Overview
ADP is hiring a Learning Design Consultant. In this role, you will apply efficient and agile design approaches to develop innovative, engaging learning solutions using ADP learning design standards and tools. Your work will support ADP associates and clients by creating compelling content, testing and deploying training solutions, and ensuring high standards of instructional design.

Requirements
Applicants should have at least 3+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing. Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, or Vyond is required. Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Litmos) and simple graphic design skills are a plus. Multilingual capabilities in German, Italian, French, Dutch, or Polish (+ English) are also desirable.
