StandOut by ADP is hiring a Lead Product Manager passionate about unlocking team potential and inspiring leaders to achieve real workplace impact. This role is hybrid on-site 3 days a week in Alpharetta, GA.

Role Summary

The Lead Product Manager drives ADP's industry-leading platform by collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, and developers. The job requires managing product roadmaps, communicating vision, and ensuring the platform evolves with emerging trends including GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision and strategy focusing on leadership empowerment.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Advocate for the product through thought leadership and evangelism.
  • Collaborate with UX designers for design excellence and seamless interfaces.
  • Facilitate technical discussions to optimize platform scalability and reliability.
  • Manage product backlog and roadmap with Agile teams.
  • Plan releases in collaboration with cross-functional groups.
  • Leverage data and insights to prioritize features and improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of client-facing product management experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with GenAI-powered applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of global market requirements and localization strategies.
