About the Role
Employer Services International is hiring a Lead Product Manager for Multi Country Payroll products. This role focuses on enabling payroll services in over 140 countries, driving product release plans, and delivering next generation payroll and time solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with teams to identify priorities and resolve issues.
- Research industry trends, document, and prioritize product features.
- Create alliances with stakeholders and work with UX, developers, and product managers.
- Measure product effectiveness and report outcomes for continuous improvements.
- Communicate and defend ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years managing products in agile environments.
- Experience in driving creative innovation in payroll or HCM domains.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to create, prioritize, and document a concise product roadmap.
