Overview

ADP is hiring an Enterprise Learning Design & Delivery Specialist. This role is ideal for those passionate about training, with technical aptitude and a solutions driven mindset.

Role Summary

You will leverage facilitation skills to deliver engaging learning on GlobalView technical and processing solutions. You will design instructional materials for ADP products and process training, work with subject matter experts, create training plans, prepare classrooms, facilitate programs, and track learner progress.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate by applying new approaches to learning design.
  • Adapt using agile methods to shifting business needs.
  • Design holistic training solutions with effective team collaboration.
  • Develop multi-modal training including self-paced, virtual, and in-person sessions.
  • Deliver engaging sessions for successful learner outcomes.
  • Consult with experts to continuously improve programs.
  • Continuously learn and elevate professional skills and standards.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SAP/GlobalView payroll processing, SAP/GlobalView payroll configuration and at least 2+ years in instructional design development and facilitation. Familiarity with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 and TechSmith Camtasia, virtual classrooms (MS Teams, Webex), and Learning Management Systems such as Litmos is expected.
