Role Description
In this role, you will lead product management for our new-client onboarding platform and award-winning partner channel platform that supports over 900K small business clients and 100K+ partners. You will coach a team of three product managers while collaborating with developers, UX designers, content writers, researchers, and key stakeholders across service and implementation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap through continuous discovery.
- Create and nurture collaborative teams that thrive in change.
- Drive revenue growth using business and finance acumen.
- Foster a strong product management mindset with robust backlogs and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and operations partners for alignment.
- Analyze user and client feedback, competitive trends, and market insights.
- Communicate effectively to diverse audiences and negotiate complex decisions.
- Stay resilient and focused in a fast-moving Agile environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7-10+ years of experience in managing customer-facing software solutions.
