Role Description

In this role, you will lead product management for our new-client onboarding platform and award-winning partner channel platform that supports over 900K small business clients and 100K+ partners. You will coach a team of three product managers while collaborating with developers, UX designers, content writers, researchers, and key stakeholders across service and implementation operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap through continuous discovery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in managing customer-facing software solutions.
