About the Business Process Manager - U.S. Payroll SME Role
ADP is hiring a GlobalView Subject Matter Expert – U.S. payroll professional. As a member of ADP's GlobalView® North America Project Management Office, you will drive strategic business transformation, remove organizational pains, and shape the future of payroll in the region.
Responsibilities
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, compliance, and cultural nuances.
- Build and maintain continuous knowledge of ADP GlobalView to instill client confidence.
- Provide consultative advice on PMO projects as a subject matter expert.
- Upgrade your knowledge base through various resources and learn new products and tools.
- Advocate for improved client experience by recommending process enhancements.
- Participate in ongoing departmental improvement initiatives and cross-business unit engagements.
- Create requirements for automation processes and develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Partner with service leaders on enhancement needs and execute testing plans for new solutions.
- Map current and future processes, plan business readiness, and conduct change management.
- Work with global teams to remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of technical automation solutions.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ADP GlobalView U.S. payroll processing.
- Proficiency in MS Windows Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.
- Expertise in U.S. Payroll Processes, GlobalView SAP, RET, and BPMS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency, capable under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail; payroll certification is an asset.
