Executive Assistant at ADP Australia

Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, executive environment? Join ADP Australia as an Executive Assistant and play a key role in enabling leadership success while driving operational excellence.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective stakeholder coordination. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

This permanent full-time role is based in our new state-of-the-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience directly supporting senior executives.
  • Experience working in a global, matrix environment.
  • Highly organised, proactive, with the ability to forward plan an executive’s requirements and ensure their adherence to schedule.
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments whilst maintaining high attention to detail and focus on results.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise multiple tasks and maintain a proactive and flexible work approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
