About the Digital Sales Associate Role at Digital Sales Associate
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate who will leverage cutting-edge digital technology to sell ADP solutions including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits. The role involves consulting with CFOs, HR professionals, payroll administrators, small business owners and more, spanning from Fortune 100 companies to innovative small businesses.
What You'll Do
- Work independently and collaboratively to close sales and win business.
- Implement strategic outreach to convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
Qualifications & Requirements
Successful candidates are quick learners with a positive, proactive sales approach and a knack for utilizing new tools and real-time data insights. A college degree is beneficial but not required. Relevant experience includes sales roles, internships, or military service demonstrating teamwork, resilience, and trust-building.
