Role Description

In this role, you will provide consistent, high-quality tax service to ADP clients. You will handle tax deposits, filing, and serve as the front-line for resolving client challenges through phone, email, and chat-based communication. No prior tax experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Expertise: Assist with tax deposits, filing, and manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
  • Trusted Advisor: Solve client issues and provide clear solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Interact with clients via phone, email, or chat while upholding ADP's high ethical standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Use ADP product and service expertise to guide clients and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Client Focus: Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and tax issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of client service/call center experience or a minimum of two years in an insurance/financial institution setting. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel), excellent analytical abilities, and time management skills are essential. A college degree is beneficial but not required; military experience is also valued.
