Role Summary

In this role, you will provide high-quality tax service to ADP clients including tax deposits, filing, and issue resolution. You will communicate via phone, email, or chat and serve as a trusted advisor to solve client challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with tax deposits and filings.
  • Manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
  • Provide problem resolution and offer recommendations.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, though relevant experience (including military experience) is acceptable.
