The Opportunity
The Senior Technical Support Engineer for Government is the first point of contact for technical issues from our U.S. public sector customers. The role involves troubleshooting, providing resolutions, and collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to ensure customer success.
- Handle technical inquiries and high priority support cases.
- Advocate customer needs with internal teams.
- Conduct proactive issue status updates and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance on Adobe products and cloud deployments.
- Engage in customer support and product content creation.
What You Need to Succeed
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security clearance.
- Strong Windows/Linux server, Java application server, and database skills.
- Experience with Adobe products like Adobe Experience Manager and PDF forms.
- Knowledge of cloud deployments (AWS & Azure) and government security controls.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
