About the Role

The Senior Quality Engineer Lead will drive quality strategy, lead multiple QE teams, and shape the future of testing practices. You will manage dedicated quality engineers, architect scalable testing infrastructures, and collaborate with multi-functional partners. Your innovative mindset and technical expertise are key to influencing Adobe’s technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Leadership & Strategy: Lead QE efforts, develop test plans, and implement continuous testing procedures.
  • People & Team Leadership: Provide technical direction, mentor team members, and review QE work.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Champion breakthrough ideas and implement novel QE practices.
  • Multi-functional Collaboration: Align quality priorities across product, development, and engineering teams.
  • Customer Focus: Address top customer issues and drive initiatives for improved product reliability.

Requirements

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 12–15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering. Proficiency in test automation tools, CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript) is essential. Product knowledge of Adobe products is a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), testing microservices, and APIs is preferred. A record of publishing or presenting in industry conferences further strengthens your profile.
