We empower everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—with the tools to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We are passionate about enabling people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, transforming how companies interact with customers across every screen.
Adobe is committed to hiring the best and fostering exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We believe new ideas can come from anywhere within the organization, and your next big idea could be here!
The Integrated Go-to-Market (IGTM) Team
The Integrated Go-to-Market (IGTM) team advises Adobe’s senior leadership on strategies to improve market success and customer impact across all lines of business and geographies. Our objective is to consolidate targeted programs and initiatives to deliver high-impact recommendations that help our field teams scale and compete effectively. IGTM’s responsibilities include both strategy creation and collaborating with the broader organization to scale, roll out, and manage strategic changes. Today, Adobe leads the way in enabling customers’ digital transformation and new experience-led business models.
Your Role as a Senior GTM Strategist
As a Senior GTM Strategist, you will meticulously inspect all aspects of Adobe's Go-to-Market approach. You will be an integral part of a high-performing team, developing insights and recommendations through robust data analysis, close collaboration with field and product organizations, market research, design thinking, employee interviews, and other advanced techniques. A crucial part of this role involves partnering directly with sales teams to pinpoint areas for improvement in GTM strategy and its execution. You will have opportunities to work cross-functionally to establish systems, processes, and programs that enhance sales performance through GTM effectiveness and reduce friction for both customers and internal teams. You will frequently structure recommendations, act as a key partner to senior decision-makers in product and sales, and drive these recommendations to successful conclusions.
You will contribute to unifying various SAAS and Enterprise GTM models across Adobe, collaborating with diverse teams including Sales, Pre-Sales Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Sales Operations. Additionally, you will help scale the IGTM team by refining methodologies and leading key engagements and business initiatives.
At Adobe, you will thrive in an exceptional work environment consistently recognized globally by numerous “best places to work” awards. You will be surrounded by colleagues dedicated to mutual growth through our unique Check-In approach, where ongoing feedback flows freely. If you seek to build a impactful career, Adobe is the place for you, working alongside some of the world's most creative, analytical, authentic, and inspiring individuals.
