Join our Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team and help drive the sales of Adobe's Growth and Collaboration products by advising sales teams and guiding customers through every stage of the sales process.

The Challenge or Opportunity

In this role as a Product Sales Specialist, you will be the primary resource for the sales teams, assisting in closing deals for Document Cloud and Creative Cloud products. You will maintain relationships, provide consultative advice, and support sales enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close sales deals by assisting ICX Sales Reps for target accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly product quotas in line with Adobe’s targets.
  • Drive growth through upselling and outbound campaigns while supporting sales teams.
  • Maintain deep product expertise and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage with customers at multiple levels to recommend document workflow solutions.
  • Articulate Adobe’s value proposition and competitive positioning effectively.
  • Handle objections and provide clear responses to customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Manage pipeline and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
  • Support sales enablement through training and coaching.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Passion for inside sales and a consultative selling approach.
  • Proven experience in sales, presales, or business development.
  • Experience in sales enablement and providing product demos.
  • Strong ability to manage objections and tailor solutions.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
