We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager, B2B to join our team in Noida. The PM will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality digital experiences on Adobe Target. Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and business teams to meet customer needs and business goals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager, B2B to define and deliver the next generation of Adobe Target capabilities. You’ll join the Optimization & Personalization Product Management team, which is focused on building AI-powered experimentation and personalization workflows that integrate seamlessly with Adobe Experience Cloud and emerging agentic AI solutions. Your work will accelerate customer experience optimization for thousands of global brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the Future of Optimization: Create compelling proposals and product strategies that address customer needs and drive measurable business outcomes in collaboration with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Lead Competitive and Market Analysis: Research industry trends in experimentation, personalization, and AI-driven optimization to inform roadmap priorities and maintain Adobe’s leadership position.
  • Define and Deliver Roadmaps: Partner with cross-functional teams to build a roadmap that advances Target’s capabilities in areas like agentic AI, experimentation and real-time personalization.
  • Translate Customer Needs into Requirements: Define detailed requirements based on deep understanding of customer jobs-to-be-done, focusing on workflows for experimentation, personalization, and AI-driven decisioning.
  • Collaborate Across Adobe Ecosystem: Work closely with other product managers, architects, and engineering leaders to deliver integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud, including AJO, AEM, CDP and CJA.
  • Drive Adoption and Continuous Improvement: Engage with early adopters, iterate quickly, and champion new capabilities to accelerate customer success and platform adoption.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software.

Technical & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, personalization strategies, and AI/ML concepts. Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.

Skills & Competencies: Proven track record of scaling successful products. Proven ability to define product vision and translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across engineering, design, and business teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Target, AJO, AEM, CJA).
