Adobe Workfront seeks a talented Product Designer to join its team, focusing on shaping the future of Unified Approvals and the broader GenStudio Content Supply Chain ecosystem.
Our mission is to establish a unified, intelligent, and composable collaboration layer across the Adobe ecosystem. This layer will streamline content projects, drive approvals, and enrich metadata throughout the content supply chain, making these processes seamless and efficient.
We collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support across Adobe to deliver solutions that have a direct and measurable business impact. You'll join an exceptional team of designers, product managers, and engineers dedicated to creating meaningful, user-centric experiences relied upon by millions of creative users daily.
What You'll Do as a Product Designer
- Design and document system-level experiences that support diverse workflows and behaviors across various product spaces.
- Communicate interaction concepts at multiple levels of fidelity, establishing reusable patterns across different contexts.
- Lead end-to-end approval and collaboration workflows across Workfront, GenStudio, and various cross-cloud integrations.
- Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications using tools like Figma and other Adobe creative tools.
- Partner effectively with Product and Engineering teams to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify and drive the resolution of experience quality gaps through thorough pre-ship reviews.
- Explore and rapidly prototype AI-enabled workflows using innovative tools such as Cursor.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and clearly articulate design rationale and decisions.
What You Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated understanding of system design fundamentals and working knowledge of Adobe's Spectrum Design System.
- Proven experience in creating high and low fidelity wireframes, storyboards, detailed specifications, and communication slides or prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, or similar.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous work-streams.
- Effective communication skills, coupled with the ability to think through and articulate complex systems.
