About the Role: Principal Technical Program Manager, GenAI at Adobe
Adobe is actively seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager, GenAI to join the Firefly and Digital Media Experience teams. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in executing strategic objectives focused on building transformative experiences using Generative AI (GenAI), revolutionizing how creative professionals accomplish their work.
You will play a pivotal part in crafting execution strategies and leading all aspects of Technical Program Management. This includes managing planning activities, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels and departments within Adobe. The team will depend on your ability to keep everyone well-informed and aligned. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring strong partnerships with various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to establish and operationalize workstreams for maximum efficiency.
- Set program schedules and proactively manage issues and risks associated with these programs.
- Drive the coordination and management of dependencies among various cross-functional teams.
- Ensure comprehensive cross-functional alignment on strategy, plans, and execution across all involved teams.
- Communicate program status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies effectively to executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and simplify existing processes wherever possible.
- Improve transparency and coordination across different functions through clear and consistent communication.
- Lead special projects or initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
What You Need To Succeed
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related field.
- A Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree in Computer Science or a closely related program.
- Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities and a proven ability to foster alignment among subject matter experts.
- Proven leadership experience in managing complex, high-value programs.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and execute them efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in relationship building and collaboration within diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Robust technical aptitude in software/system design and various development methodologies, including Agile.
- An inherent ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain a flexible, adaptive approach to challenges.
- An analytical perspective on problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with Machine Learning, AI, or a Consumer company is strongly preferred.
- A strong desire to elevate GenAI to the next level.

Expected Compensation
Compensation at Adobe reflects varying costs of labor across U.S. geographic markets, with pay differing based on these defined markets. The U.S. annual pay range for this position is $146,300 to $277,400. Within California, the specific pay range is $191,600 to $277,400. Actual pay within these ranges will vary by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter will provide specific salary range information during the hiring process. Sales roles feature total target compensation (base + commission), while non-sales roles include base salary and an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also qualify for long-term incentives through new hire equity awards.
