The Opportunity: Manager, Business Process Automation

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Manager of Business Process Automation to spearhead automation strategy and implementation across various business functions. This role leverages cutting-edge tools such as RPA, Process Mining, and AI-powered agents. You will lead a dedicated team of automation developers and analysts, collaborating to discover, build, and scale intelligent automation solutions that deliver significant business value, enhance operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Define & Drive Automation Strategy: Develop and implement the enterprise automation roadmap, ensuring alignment with overarching business priorities.
• Establish IA Framework: Create a scalable Intelligent Automation (IA) framework that seamlessly integrates RPA, AI, and agent-based solutions.
• Conduct Process Discovery: Utilize process mining tools to perform data-driven process analysis and identify automation opportunities.
• Quantify Business Value: Measure and articulate the potential benefits of automation, including cost savings, cycle time reduction, and productivity gains.
• Ensure Governance & Standards: Uphold strict adherence to governance, security, and development standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster ongoing enhancement and optimization of deployed automation solutions.
• Lead & Mentor Team: Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, analysts, and automation architects, promoting their professional growth.
• Build Capability: Drive the development of capabilities in hyper-automation and advanced AI technologies within the team.
• Foster Innovation: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in automation practices.
• Monitor & Communicate Outcomes: Track automation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), publish executive dashboards, and effectively communicate automation results to business, IT, risk, and operations leaders in clear business terms.

What You Need To Succeed

• 10+ years of comprehensive experience in automation, digital transformation, or process excellence.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with leading RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath), process mining tools (e.g., Signavio), data-driven process analysis, and advanced AI/ML capabilities, including large language models (LLMs) and agent-based automation.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead a team with positivity and optimism, fostering a culture of high expectations and achievement.
• Exceptional skill in aligning the efforts of diverse groups to achieve shared objectives.
• Confident leadership, collaboration, triage, and decision-making capabilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• A genuine passion for problem-solving, coupled with the ability to think creatively and systematically, prioritize challenges, and evaluate alternative solutions effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
