What you'll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to successfully implement new features and updates across adobe.com websites.
  • Act as the Agile project manager for your squad.
  • Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
  • Coordinate workflows and prioritize the backlog to ensure focus on the most impactful work.
  • Partner with International Production Lead to manage publishing capacity and ensure timely delivery of quality results to business partners.
  • Be an active member of the Global Web Production team, helping to drive standards for publishing and business collaboration.
  • Engage with regional and international partners to ensure global and local needs are met on Adobe.com.
  • Proactively determine opportunities to optimize Adobe.com across its pages and configurations.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Enterprise Experience: 3–5 years of web production experience, specifically within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • CMS Mastery: Expertise in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise content management systems (CMS).
  • Technical Proficiency: You speak the language of engineering. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript is essential for troubleshooting and rapid prototyping.
  • Mobile-First Approach: A proven track record of building and optimizing responsive, mobile-first experiences.
  • Composure Under Fire: The ability to navigate competing priorities and tight deadlines with grace and precision.
