The Opportunity

Join our DevOps for Content revolution as we partner with global brands and agencies to transform end-to-end creative workflows. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will own the development and launch of GenAI applications through Adobe and third-party generative models, working directly with customer teams to develop rapid prototypes and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements and co-create GenAI solutions.
  • Prototype Rapidly: Build proof points in days, iterating quickly on feedback with a start-up mindset.
  • Engineer End-to-End: Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices integrating Adobe and third-party APIs.
  • Bridge to Product: Capture field use cases to feed into product roadmaps.
  • Automate & Scale: Develop reusable components, CI/CD pipelines, and governance checks for repeatable delivery.
  • Operate at Speed: Embrace a dynamic environment and deliver sprints both on-site and remotely.
  • Share & Elevate: Document playbooks and share innovations across the organization.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years full-stack development or technical consultancy experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including LLMs, diffusion models, and retrieval pipelines.
  • Cloud & DevOps expertise using AWS, Azure, container orchestration, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud APIs and Firefly Services APIs.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
