We are actively seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with a strong passion for the Retail & CPG industries to significantly enhance Adobe's presence within some of the most influential brands in the region. This pivotal role demands a strategic, consultative sales professional who possesses a deep understanding of the complexities within the Retail and CPG landscape, capable of guiding customers through comprehensive, end-to-end transformation journeys.

Success in this position is defined by demonstrating exceptional enterprise selling prowess. You will act as the central orchestrator, coordinating efforts across solution consulting, industry strategy, product specialists, our partner ecosystem, marketing, and customer success teams. This coordination will foster deep, positive relationships that are crucial for unlocking multi-year, multi-solution growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own a distinguished portfolio of high-value Retail & CPG accounts, encompassing both global and regional brands.
  • Manage senior-level relationships to maximize value from existing Adobe investments and drive the adoption of new capabilities spanning content, data, personalization, and AI.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans meticulously aligned with each customer’s transformation agenda and Adobe’s compelling value proposition.
  • Lead C-level discussions focused on growth initiatives, customer experience enhancements, operational efficiency improvements, and long-term transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive significant net new revenue by proactively identifying whitespace opportunities, shaping demand, and implementing multi-solution sales strategies.
  • Coordinate Adobe’s comprehensive engagement model across Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Inside Sales.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners, agencies, and systems integrators to expand Adobe’s market reach and accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Develop and widely share compelling customer success stories, pertinent industry benchmarks, and measurable value metrics specifically tailored for the Retail and CPG sectors.
  • Represent Adobe with distinction at key industry events and actively support marketing and public relations initiatives.
  • Demonstrate robust solution-selling capabilities across the Adobe Experience Cloud, Experience Platform, and emerging AI innovations.

What You'll Need

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience, ideally within large Retail and/or CPG organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in closing multi-million, multi-year transformation deals with strong evidence of value realization.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales quota and market-share goals within complex enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Operations departments.
  • Outstanding networking skills and a proven capability to build long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Strong solution-selling expertise and the ability to craft compelling, mutually beneficial commercial proposals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with a polished executive presence.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; effective in fast-paced, collaborative team settings.
  • Highly driven, intellectually curious, with a profound passion for Retail/CPG transformation and a genuine growth mindset.
