The Challenge

Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise team seeks a proactive Account Director to support enterprise clients. This role requires sourcing and closing new customers, managing Adobe's existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through up-sell and optimization, while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and grow an existing client base and expand new offerings.
  • Drive specific product revenue and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Perform outbound contact to sell additional solutions to current customers.
  • Acquire deep knowledge of Adobe solution offerings and convert challenges into opportunities.
  • Manage an active pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive revenue.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Minimum 10+ years of account management experience.
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate thoughtful leadership.
  • Team-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions.

Compensation and Notices

The U.S. pay range is $229,000 to $369,600 annually with location-specific variations. In New York, the range is $255,300 - $369,600. Compensation includes total target compensation, commission plans, short-term and long-term incentives. Additional state-specific notices apply for California, Colorado, and Massachusetts.
