What you need to succeed

• Candidates with a degree or equivalent practical experience will be considered
• Proven track record in Engineering Management
• Hands‑on AI/ML experience - either through building ML‑powered features, integrating models into production systems, or collaborating closely with ML research teams.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development
• Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment
